We provide professional medical billing services to a multitude of physicians, physician groups and ambulatory surgical centers. A billing service is a more efficient and cost effective solution for healthcare providers compared to managing their own billing department. Using a billing service is similar to when a physician uses a payroll processing company or accountant, in that they partner with experts in their respective industries.- Why
did I receive this bill?
This statement is for services performed by or requested by your doctor which were performed at the physician's office, ambulatory surgical center or hospital. This is not a duplicate charge and it is separate from the any other physician's office or hospital fees. PHYSICIAN BUSINESS SOLUTIONS will file your insurance claim on your behalf. This bill represents the amount not paid by your insurance company. If you disagree with the amount paid by your insurance company, please contact them directly. PHYSICIAN BUSINESS SOLUTIONS processes claims according to the information received from your insurance company.

don't I recognize the name of the doctor or entity listed on my bill?

Patient Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 9AM to 4PM East Time and can be reached by calling 585-385-9045.
- Can
I work out a payment plan for my account balance?
Yes. Most of our physicians will set you up on a non-interest bearing payment plan. Do not ignore your bill! If you cannot afford to pay your bill please contact our office immediately and work out a payment plan. Failure to contact our office could result in your account being placed with a credit collection agency.
